In standard shipping options, your orders are delivered to the address you specify via our contracted partner Yurtiçi Kargo. Shipping is free on all your orders.

 

Returns can be made free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo. Read our Return and Exchange policy.

 

Return and Exchange Possibility within 14 Days

 

You can return the product you purchased from bybera.com with your invoice within 14 days from the invoice date.

 

For product returns and exchanges, the product must be accompanied by the delivery note or invoice, the product must be unused, its original packaging must be intact, and it must be delivered with all its accessories in the same condition as it was delivered to you.

 

You can return your products free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo.

Depending on the cargo company, delivery time varies depending on the region where the order is placed. This period may take up to 5 business days as supply times vary due to geographical reasons. In case of any error at the specified address, the orderer is contacted regarding the order that cannot be delivered. We have a responsibility both to you, our customers, and to the bank whose credit card system we use, regarding the delivery.

After your orders placed through our site are approved and processed, the product is delivered to the cargo within 1-3 business days, depending on the delivery time specified during the order. Cargo delivery is made within 1-3 business days, depending on where the shipment will be made. (This period may be extended due to force majeure such as weather and road conditions.)

If there is any deformation or defect in the package during the delivery of your cargo package, please check the physical condition of your product in the box by opening your cargo package with the cargo officer before signing the cargo delivery form. If your product in the box is damaged in any way, do not accept the product and return it to the cargo officer and make sure to prepare a cargo damage report. In this way, your products returned to us are exchanged and re-shipped. If it is not possible to send your product at that time, your fee will be refunded to you. Likewise, during the delivery of your cargo package to you, if a product that does not belong to you or that you did not request is delivered during the check you will make before signing the cargo delivery report, do not accept the cargo and return it to the cargo officer. If you inform us about the issue, the necessary checks will be carried out and the correct product will be sent after the returned product reaches us.

You can exchange the products you have purchased from bybera.com by following the process below.

Things to pay attention:

Returns of products whose original packaging is damaged, used or cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. The original invoice and all copies of it must be sent along with the product you want to return. Returns are not accepted for products without an invoice.

The shipping fee for the products you want to return is covered by our company. You can return your products free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo. In order to benefit from free shipping, you must deliver your package to our return address with our contracted cargo company.

 

For returns sent via other cargo companies, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer. It will not be accepted if sent with buyer payment.

After your product reaches us, if no definite malfunction or deterioration due to reasons such as usage error is detected after the examination by our officials, the product price will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 10 business days. This period starts when we receive the product you returned. You can return the products you purchased from BYBERA Online Shop within 14 days. Returns are made only through the contracted Domestic cargo company in Turkey.

When your return request is approved, you will be notified via electronic mail (e-mail). If your return request is not approved as a result of the examinations to be carried out by our officials, the reason for the return rejection will be stated and the product(s) you sent for return will be sent back to the delivery address you specified and will not be accepted back again.

 

In order to return the product, the product must be submitted with a delivery note, exchange card or invoice, the product must have its original labels, must be unused and must be delivered to you with all its accessories.
